Riders of Icarus Beta: Phase 2 | MOUSE n JOYPAD

Do you have an itch to take part in a beautifully crafted fantasy world? Do you like stylized fast paced action and melee combat? Do you like to ride animals, particularly ones that fly? The teams that have brought you the best of free-to-play online games such as Vindictus, and Lost Saga may have an answer for you.

Nexon America and WeMade Entertainment are calling all gamers to participate in the second closed beta of their upcoming free-to-play MMORPG, Riders of Icarus. Phase 2 begins today and ends next Thursday, April 28th. If you happen to be at PAX East this weekend, anyone carrying a badge that is from the game’s supported regions will receive a beta access code in their gift bag. Everyone that had participated in the first phase will be grandfathered into the second phase of the beta.

Riders of Icarus offers a beautiful and engaging world to explore as you train and collect hundreds of beasts to mount and ride into battle or soar through the skies. Using multiple abilities, beasts, and deadly weapons, you defend mankind against an ancient evil that has invaded your homeland. With the heavy action and fast paced combat system, players will immerse into epic boss battles by land and air, creating an experience like no other.
“There are many games with dragons and other flying mounts, but they hardly ever impact battles in a meaningful and entertaining way.  In Riders of Icarus, mounts truly add another level of challenge and excitement, delivering expansive vertical gameplay in addition to action-oriented ground mount combat.” – Seok Hoon, producer, WeMade Entertainment
North America, Mexico, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and parts of South America will be of the first to take their battle against evil to the skies. For new and returning players, the phase 2 beta will have new in-game rewards and a permanent collectible cape after the completion of the “Salant’s Stronghold Tutorial” in the beginning of the game. Some of the new features and events include a new raid boss and more dungeon drops.
