Never Alone Playable At EGX
Â
Â
If you are like us and are looking forward to this yearâs EGX in London, then it just got a little more exciting with E-Line Media, under the Upper One Games brand, today announcing that it will be bringing its anticipated debut title, Never Alone (also known as âKisima Ingitchunaâ in Iñupiat, an Alaska Native language) to EGX London, on 25-28 September.Â
The game will be playable both in the Rezzed and the Virgin Media Future of Gaming stands throughout the show. E-Line and Upper One will also be hosting a special developer session at 6pm on Thursday 25 September where Gloria OâNeill of the Cook Inlet Tribal Council and Alan Gershenfeld of E-Line Media will share their approach to inclusive development for Never Alone as a model for sharing, celebrating and extending World Cultures through compelling, commercial video games.
Available as a downloadable title for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC in November, Never Alone is the first title in an exciting new genre known as âWorld Gamesâ, which E-Line is pioneering with the goal of bringing carefully selected traditional stories from indigenous cultures around the world to life in innovative and compelling ways for global audiences. We are definitely going to be trying some of this game out at EGX, and hope to see you all there.
