Yeah, you read that right! The foul-mouthed nemesis killed in Borderlands 2 will be a playable character in the upcoming Pre-Sequel. But, as always, there’s a catch. You aren’t really playing as Handsome Jack. Confused yet? Let me fill you in then.
The first announced DLC included in the season pass will be an additional character/class that will take the appearance of the semi-legendary villain of the franchise. See, this guy isn’t THE real Handsome Jack, but his doppelganger/bodyguard that was genetically, psychologically and surgically modified to look, sound and behave exactly like the real thing. So, basically, Handsome Jack! But not quite. Yeah, nevermind that for now. It’s going to be interesting to see if that’s the guy the vault hunters kill during Borderlands 2 while hunting down the real Jack. Anyway, this is getting really confusing really fast, so we’ll simply have to see how will Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel handle this character.
