Is The New Bioshock Game In The Works?

In a strange and uncontextualized manner that’s rather typical of the Bioshock franchise, 2K Games posted the image depicted below on its official Twitter account.

The commentary says: “Oooo, what COULD this mean?!”. So, they’ve got something in the works. Why do we think it’s Bioshock? Well, the art style is spot on, for starters. Poseidon Plaza was a very prominent location in Rapture, the setting of the first two Bioshock titles. Even more interestingly – Eve’s Garden was the name of an exotic dancing venue down at Fort Frolic.

It’s pretty obvious we’re being nudged to hype up for the imminent upcoming Bioshock game, so why not. It’ll be interesting to see what can 2K do without Ken Levine and Irrational Studios. Let’s hope it’s not a F2P MOBA title, too.
